Zig Zag is the first selection of objects offered by trouthouse. Our objects, like our architecture, are premised on a philosophy.

1. All objects are handmade by us in Naarm / Melbourne, Victoria.

2. All the timber we use is traceable - whether it’s salvaged from a particular location, or grown by a small agroforestry operation locally (generally within the state of Victoria).

3. Our timber is rotated and availability is based on what we can source in the most sustainable way. Product descriptions will guide you on what we’re currently using.

4. Wabi-sabi is our guiding principle. Objects are designed to age gracefully, and the handmade character of them is celebrated. Character is prioritised over perfection here.
